The Global legal framework

With the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime as a model law, international regional and global legal instruments have taken steps to encourage the adoption of legal standards it contains on a broad basis. The recommendations from the G-8 States, OAS, APEC, The Commonwealth, EU, ASEAN States and United Nations further advance international understanding and cooperation in combatting cybercrime and may shape our goal for a global legal framework.
