This paper is intended for everybody concerned with the potential threat of terrorism in cyberspace, the critical information infrastructure protection, and interested in the development of information and communication technology.

Terrorist attacks in cyberspace are categories of cybercrime and a criminal misuse of information technologies. The fight against terrorism in cyberspace is not a war, but a fight against cybercrime.

The paper is the first presentation of the role of international organizations in the fight against terrorism in cyberspace. Also included is a discussion of the role of the International Criminal Court.
